Copyright Policy

The Journal of Leadership, Strategy, and Impact in Africa places high value on authors’ intellectual property rights and simultaneously supports open access to scholarly work. The journal firmly enforces the CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 licence to protect authors’ interests and prevent any unauthorised uses of their publications. Authors retain full copyright of their work. This means that they hold the exclusive rights to reproduce, distribute, and display their work outside the conditions of the journal’s licence.
